Facilities were top class, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

with the help of the competent staff, we had a perfectly pleasant stay. the shops and convenience stores were right next door. there was lots of food for breakfast, including hot waffles and cereal.

Everything was perfect! The stay here was such wonderful, liked the hotel, it was perfectly clean with unbeatable location not far from the train station, Sannomiya. People were helpful - staff and other guests.

I did not want to leave and would like to stay longer.

Loved that the hotel was ideal. The room we had was common with computers. Premier location to Kobe Kitano Museum. Easy check-in and the staff was exceptional. Best overall experience.
